Zassy's Studio Basement Project!

I am so happy to finally have a place to create and work that is all my own and organized! I am so excited to get busy creating in here! Here are photos from my Studio Basement Makeover Project...Enjoy! 

 It all started with a couch.  As much as I loved the blue, the upholstery needed replaced.  It was ripped and very worn.  This was my first attempt at reupholstering something this big and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. 

This is my sewing area and I think my favorite part of the room.

Finally a home for all my fabric!

We're Expecting Twins!

I haven't blogged in awhile, but for those of you that do not know, we are expecting twin baby girls this April. We started working on their nursery about a month ago and we are finally finished! 

The color scheme for the nursery is white, mint green, gold and soft peach. I thought I would share some photos of it because I am so in love with the way it turned out.. It is so peaceful and tranquil ( for now) that I can just sit in there for hours...

Vintage Chandelier I picked up at an Estate Sale.  Everything in the nursery was picked up at an estate sale or Auction except the cribs and mattresses.
